We brewed this little IPA with choice white wheat and a touch of light caramel malt. A judicious late addition of Meridian is amplified by a dry hop charge of Nelson Sauvin, Hallertau Blanc, and Meridian. Soft with a crisp finish, this beer brings waves of clementine, white wine, and peach nectar over a golden malt base.
