Lena discovered yoga 16 years ago while dancing professionally on Broadway. Since becoming a mother and wife, her practice has become a space of healing and growth. Lena believes in the transformative power of daily yoga practice. She would like to make yoga accessible to students of all levels in a nurturing and approachable way.
